2011 Benefit Auction proceeds
will benefit Emerging Leader Development Program
FFVA's new Emerging Leader Development Program will be the beneficiary of the Florida Specialty Crop Foundation's 13th annual Benefit Auction to be held at this year's FFVA convention, Sept. 18-21 in Palm Beach.
Each year, the auction helps to support causes important to Florida agriculture and the people who make it possible.
In 2011, more than $28,000 was raised. To date, the auction and the Above and Beyond donations have generated well over $400,000 for deserving causes. The auction features a wide array of items, including food and wine baskets, travel packages, sports memorabilia and more.
